Model Pengkayaan Insan Berdasarkan Metrik Faktor Kecemerlangan Dari Profil KIR
Abstract
Kejayaan mengkayakan insan dalam pelbagai sudut adalah impian semua dengan beberapa
strategi yang telah dilakukan kebanyakan institusi. Masalahnya ialah mencari alternatif terbaik
ke arah tersebut. Justeru, penulis turut sama mengambil inisiatif mengenalpasti metrik
mengkayakan insan serta mengetengahkan model tindakan secara bersepadu dan berkelompok
dalam usaha tersebut. Kaedah penganalisisan profil ketua isi rumah (KIR) digunakan bagi
mencerna metrik faktor kecemerlangan yang diperolehi dari hasil kajian iaitu jasmani, emosi,
rohani dan intelektual. Melalui wawancara eksklusif dan dokumentasi pula, penulis berjaya
membina model berupa manual prosedur kerja. Model Pengkayaan Insan (MPI) diuji secara
simulasi dan disahkan oleh kumpulan diskusi berfokus JPPK. Model ini perlu dipraktikkan
secara imperik bagi memperkasakan usaha ini.
